The Space You Inhabit: A step by step 7 month course on organizing your home.
It can be a daunting task to clear out clutter, deep clean the corners, and put your time and energy into arranging a home. It can feel like there isn’t enough time, the memories are too heavy, or it’s just hard to stay on task and know where to start.
I created this 7 month program for anyone who is ready to clean, organize, remove the old, and make space in your home. In this course we will be diving into every single room!
Organizing a home is much more than organization, it takes intentionality, and looking at the relationship that you have with your house and the things in your house. Organizing and clearing space is an embodiment practice, It is a mindfulness practice, it is a practice of self-care. This will be a very slow and gentle program that has built in weekly accountability to encourage you to stay on track and keep going.
When you bring an awareness to the space you live in, you begin to see that this is an important relationship. When you curate your space, you realize that you are also curating your mind, life, daily experience in the world. Organization is a practice that is a rich way to explore the mind itself and your relationship to everything in and around you.
How do you show up to your life on a more meaningful level? How do you bring a pause into your day and learn to embody your life? It’s through the mundane practices in life. Starting with a tactile place in your life such as your home, can be a powerful start to bringing more meaning and presence into a busy life.
