The Wellness Coaching Package

 If you’re struggling to take the next step towards making a shift in your health or life it can be helpful to work with a coach.

When you work with me I walk you through a step by step process to guide you through the area of your life that you’re feeling stuck in. Through the coaching process, I walk you through what you want to make a change in and explore what’s stopping you from moving forward with this change. With me as a coach you will get support around making the changes you want to make. I’ve found that when working with a coach it’s is easier to gain the clarity and motivation to make lasting adjustments to your life.

I’ve designed a structure that will seamlessly move you through the challenges that you’re working with. I guide you into the deeper importance and into setting manageable goals that YOU set. We work together to build a plan and to bring out your inspiration to move you into a place of motivation and organization.

Guided Mindfulness Meditation Sessions

 If you’re looking for more personalized support and guidance with a mindfulness practice. I offer 1:1 guided meditation sessions as well as private group sessions.

Meditation has been shown to improve focus, release anxiety, improve sleep, concentration, and help obtain an overall more positive mindset and emotional state. Our mental wellness often gets overlooked yet it is becoming one of the most important pieces of wellness in this modern age. Mindfulness meditation is a way to reconnect to the physicality of self, your surroundings, and the people and activities around you. We tend to miss out on the important things and obsess over our struggles. Mindfulness practice can shed a new light and open up a new perspective to what has always been in front of you. It has a way to help one enjoy the moments in life in between all the busy-ness.

Mindfulness is a practice that can be done at anytime in your life. Whether it’s a series of practices that you want to build into your life, want extra support in a weekly practice, or want to bring this to an event. I offer a customized plan where we can sculpt into what you want in your life. I’ve worked with high school sport teams, individuals, weekend retreats, & groups of friends. I have offered this practice to funerals, weddings, and special ceremonial gatherings.These can be wonderful practices to feel closer to yourself, others and can ground people into a space and event.
