What is the point of meditation if you can’t use it during your life? Formal meditation prepares you for every single minute that you are alive, and mindfulness is something that you can carry with you at all times. Just like exercising or learning an instrument, meditation is a repetitive practice for training the mind. When you’ve built a practice, it helps you to cope with internal struggles, outside difficulties, and it can expand your moments of joy.
Mindfulness meditation is a rich experience that can ground your entire being back into your body and heart. It deepens awareness. It is a break from busy. It is a moment in your day that is permission to stop, slow down, and reconnect.
I will teach you how to integrate mindfulness into your life.
Each session is a 30 minute session. Our first session will be an introduction and orientation.
