When you work with me I walk you through a step by step process to guide you through the area of your life that you’re feeling stuck in. Through my coach training I’ve learned the tools to motivate and build lasting habit change. I’ve found that with some time, accountability, and clarity it is possible to make lasting adjustments to your life.
I’ve designed a structure that will seamlessly move you through the challenges that you’re working with. I guide you into the deeper importance and into setting manageable goals that YOU set. We work together to build a plan and to bring out your inspiration to move you into a place of motivation and organization.
My specialty is in chronic illness and diet, hormonal issues, sleep issues, life’s purpose, bringing a healthier work/life balance, bringing meaning back into life.
Guided Mindfulness Meditation Sessions
If you’re looking for more personalized support and guidance with a mindfulness practice. I offer 1:1 guided meditation sessions as well as private group sessions.
Meditation has been shown to improve focus, release anxiety, improve sleep, concentration, and help obtain an overall more positive mindset and emotional state. Our mental wellness often gets overlooked yet it is becoming one of the most important pieces of wellness in this modern age. Mindfulness meditation is a way to reconnect to the physicality of self, your surroundings, and the people and activities around you. We tend to miss out on the important things and obsess over our struggles. Mindfulness practice can shed a new light and open up a new perspective to what has always been in front of you. It has a way to help one enjoy the moments in life in between all the busy-ness.
Mindfulness is a practice that can be done at anytime in your life. Whether it’s a series of practices that you want to build into your life, want extra support in a weekly practice, or want to bring this to an event. I offer a customized plan where we can sculpt into what you want in your life. I’ve worked with high school sport teams, individuals, weekend retreats, & groups of friends. I have offered this practice to funerals, weddings, and special ceremonial gatherings.These can be wonderful practices to feel closer to yourself, others and can ground people into a space and event.
June Wellness Health & Diet Consultation
Life is difficult. It’s hard to navigate your own health when it feels like you’re expected to figure it all out on your own. Doctors can leave you with a diagnosis with no way to navigate it. Friends don’t know how to support you. Downloading an app may work to reach diet goals or meditation goals but where do you go with questions or if you don’t feel like you can show up everyday.
This is for anyone who is ready to take their health into their own hands, for someone who can stay accountable and stick with a plan but is wanting initial guidance. This is specifically a good wellness package if you have chronic health issues that you have seen a licensed medical doctor for, but may need additional lifestyle support for. I use my herbal knowledge and health coaching to help guide you in working with a chronic illness, make diet adjustments, and plan out a regimen that works for you.
My services are for anyone who is dealing with chronic illness, infertility, hormonal imbalance, reproductive issues, chronic skin issues, autoimmune diseases, or needs help navigating a healthier diet.
